Dear Friend,
If you are reading this, chances are you stood at Goodmorning Solo Traveller Hostel at least for one night and enjoyed yourself.
(Unless you drank too much during our hour of free beer and sangria and forgot about it!)
As you surely know, COVID-19 has impacted the world in strenuous ways and has left our charming hostel void of guests. This, unfortunately, means no income to help in paying our staff and bills and we were sadly forced to close our doors a month ago.
Hosting you and so many other fellow travelers has been an amazing experience and we would love to keep on doing so, with the same passion and dedication that defines us, in better times to come.
We’re sending our worldwide friends this message because our hostel is struggling to survive this closure.We need your help if we are to reopen our doors to you and the travel community once again.
Here’s how you can help:
1. Purchasing a gift card for a future stay
By doing so you will help ensure our hostel can continue to thrive for all of the travelers yet to come. If you have no plans of returning to Lisbon you can also purchase a gift card for a friend or family member.
Any donations of whatever amount are at this moment extremely welcome. They will revert towards sustaining our precious team during this uncertain time so we can carry on providing a safe, inclusive, and one of a kind experience when the time comes to reopen.
Hostels around the world are struggling to survive and a the #adoptahostel movement has just launched to support our community. Help us spread the word to save small businesses just like ours.
